PRESSING INSTRUCTIONS: 

Cotton:

Pre-press the garment for 5 seconds to remove moisture. 

First Press: 300 Degrees for 10 seconds with medium pressure. 

Peel cool 

Second Press: Cover with teflon or parchment sheet for 10 seconds at 300 degrees.
