How to apply : 

1: Peel the clear film  off the white backing
2: Starting in the center of the transfer lay the design gently to ensure it is straight and lined up
3: Press the transfer down working out any bubbles from the center out , the adhesive is strong and will bond. The harder you rub the less chance of bubbling. 
4: Peel clear film off and you are done. No heat press or additional steps needed.
