1- Preheat heat press between 315- 325 degrees
2- Prepress garment for 10 seconds to remove wrinkles and moisture
3- place image face down where the design is touching the garment tape if preferred to ensure no movement
4-lower your heat press plate and press for 7-10 seconds
5-remove transfer paper while hot
