    CUTOFF TIME: 

    Orders Placed After 3 PM On Fridays will be counted as business Day 1 on Monday Morning. This includes orders placed on the weekends and Closure Dates. Orders that have a shipping label generated past cutoff time will be shipped the following business day.

    What is you hours of operation? 

    We are open Monday- Friday 9:00AM- 5:00 PM eastern standard time. For closure dates please view the bottom of this page.

    Can I Use A Cricut Easy Press? 

    We suggest you use a heat press for even pressure and even heat distribution of heat to the entire transfer.

    Can I Pick Up My Order ? 

    Due to Covid 19 we do not allow in store shopping at this time.

    How is My Order Packaged? 

    Contents are placed in a clear poly bag, that clear bag is then placed into a Rigid Cardboard Mailer then the Rigid mailer is then placed in another Poly Mailer.

    Can I De-Stash? 

    You are only allowed to Destash Screens from other designers with their permission. Only SHC Exclusives are automatically approved.

    Can you use mockups?

    Yes we encourage active customers who will be purchasing our items to use our mockups. We just ask you place your business watermark on the photo.

    Are screens in stock ? 

    Yes! We produce all items on the site here in our shop in Atlanta, GA. So all  screen printing and embroidery is done by us. The only time an item is not in stock is if noted on your order slip and we are needing to reprint and restock the items. We strive to have these items printed and back on the shelves in 24-72 hours.

    What if I received a partial order? 

    If your order arrives as partial please first sign into your order and see if it shows pending. If it does that means that item the shop is currently in process or printing more of. Certain screens will surge higher than the inventory we have predicted and more will need to be printed to meet the overage that shopify sometimes does not catch within the 8 hour inventory time difference. 
    If you do not see a open order please click on the chat with us tab so we can refund the missing portions if not already done so. 

    In 2022 we will not send out missing items with a increase in shipping prices. We will refund the items instead.

    What if my order needs to be edited for add-ons or canceled? 

    We do not allow ADD ON/ EDITS on orders after July 1st, 2021 - December 1,2021 since this is the peak of holiday processing. 

    We do not cancel orders unless it is a duplicate order or flagged for fraud by our third party payment processors.

    Can you rush my order? 

    We do not offer Rush At this time

    What if my order hasn't moved after shipping? 

    Please allow a full 48 Hours
    We know the Facilities are busy, you know the facilities are busy -  you can use 
    https://www.usps.com/text-tracking/welcome.htm for USPS generally packages move within 24 hours using this feature. 
    https://www.ups.com/us/en/help-center/claims-support.page for UPS generally there is movement within 12-24 hours

    Can I add on customs ?

    Customs are not accepted through the note section at any time.

    Customs is available through a listing from Jan.1 - August 28th and will not be accepted September, October, November or December due to Holiday Seasonal Rush.
