Return/Exchange Policy

The Exchanges

If you would like to make an exchange, your item must be in new, unworn and unwashed condition. The item should be shipped to Southern Heritage Company at 310 Paper Trail Way Suite 101 Canton GA 30115 . Once we receive the item back, we will issue a gift card via email for the price of the shirt. This gift card can be used for any items on our website. If your item is returned and has been worn or washed, it will be donated and no gift card will be issued.

***All exchanges being sent back to Southern Heritage Company must be postmarked within 10 days of receipt of your original package.***

 

Any exchanged packages postmarked after 10 days of receiving your original package will be refused by us and returned to the sender.

Returns

If you would like to return any items, they must be in new, unworn and unwashed condition. The package containing your return products must be post marked within 10 days of receiving your original package from us. Your items will be refunded less the cost of original shipping and there is also a 20% restocking fee for all returned merchandise. If any items are not in new condition, the items will be donated and no refund will be issued.

We DO NOT accept any returns on holiday themed items.

Any return packages postmarked after 10 days of receiving your original package will be refused by Southern Heritage Company and returned to the sender.

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges for returns and exchanges. We highly recommend using a shipping service that offers insurance and tracking.

When returning or exchanging any items, please include the packing slip that was included in your order. Please indicate on the packing slip whether you would like to exchange or return your items. Including this packing slip will help to expedite the return/ exchange process. 

Please allow 7 business days for all exchanges and returns to be processed once we receive them. You will receive an email confirmation for your refund once it has been processed. 

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS:
If you receive an incorrect shipment and/or damaged items, please notify us within 3 days of receipt so we can arrange to have the correct item shipped to you and/or fix any damaged purchases. Notifications need to be sent to the chat icon on the website We will not refund initial shipping cost. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) otherwise we do not pay for return shipping. 

LOST PACKAGES:

Please  allow up to 14 business days for your package to be delivered once it has entered the transit system. If your package still has not been delivered after 14 business days please contact us by clicking the chat icon on the website.
